Well things are happening for sure with various reports from Birding NB and NatureNB identifying early-bird arrivals including: robins, osprey, turkey vultures that maybe never left, a red-winged blackbird near hillsborough, a kingfisher on Grand Manan, an Eastern Towee, singing song sparrows, and a wide assortment of the usual winter birds.

Eastern ToweeIf you have an unusual sighting of a “summer” bird why not let us know in the comments below or join the site and write your own report from your area on the Bay of Fundy. Either way if you have pictures we would be delighted to publish those as well.
